Harvested from boundless sunflower fields rooted in Ukraine’s legendary “Chornozem” – the world-famous black soil – then creamed for 72 hours at low temperature. The slow process turns naturally fine crystals into a ghee-like texture. This classic golden cream opens with warm butter and toasted marshmallow, followed by a gentle floral sweetness that never cloys.
How to enjoy – spread on sourdough or buttermilk pancakes – melt into morning porridge – whisk into Dijon vinaigrette for a sunny salad glaze.
