Our soft set honey starts with pure, raw Suffolk honey and is gently churned over 48 hours to create a beautifully smooth, creamy and spreadable texture.
Nothing is added. The honey is simply worked slowly and carefully, encouraging fine natural crystals to form while keeping the flavour and character of the original honey.
Each batch reflects the flowers, seasons and landscape surrounding our hives, so the colour and flavour can naturally vary throughout the year. You may also notice tiny flecks of pollen or wax – a natural sign of genuine, minimally processed honey.
Perfect for spreading on toast, crumpets and pastries, stirring into porridge or enjoying straight from the spoon.
