September is here, and the seasons are beginning to shift from summer to autumn. Our work around the hives is changing too, as we prepare the colonies for the coming winter.
Another big change this month is the introduction of our new-look website!
East Anglia Apiaries has continued to grow, and over the summer months Nick has given up his full-time ‘paid’ job and is now able to devote all his time to the bees and East Anglia Apiaries.
This means there is more time to improve our services, develop new ideas and, of course, work on the website.
There are lots of exciting things in the pipeline, including a new newsletter, and we hope that future updates will be more regular, giving you more of an insight into what’s happening around the apiaries and with the bees throughout the year.
As we move into autumn, there is still plenty to keep us busy. The bees may be starting to slow down, but there is certainly no slowing down for us!
